Brief: Develop and Produce a 2 day conference for the top management and their colleagues across Europe.

What was needed from us

  • Create a theme for the event with a creative look and feel to support this for the invitation, electronic output, location, set and giveaways
  • Full production services for staging/sound/lighting/AV support with crew to manage the complete technical event
  • Assistance with presentation materials (where appropriate) to ensure clear and consistent messages within the conference sessions
  • Facilitate and co-ordinate the presentations from external companies - CRAM presentation & The Henley Centre 
  • Produce videos for inclusion in the conference
  • Innovative approach to all elements of the conference
  • Technical on-site expertise during the event
  • Provide team-building sessions and evening entertainment
